CONDUCT IN THE LOBBY

  • If your child or their sibling is 6 years of age or younger, please have them sit with an adult in the lobby until their class begins.  Running, loud voices and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.  This rule respects the safety of all students and the well being of the lobby’s noise level.

  • For safety reasons, please do not allow your children to stand or jump from our benches, window sills or ottoman.

  • No tumbling of any kind in the lobby.
  • To alleviate lobby crowding, we ask that you keep all bags clear of the center of the lobby.  There are shelves provided for all belongings.  Please sit either on the benches or close to the walls and leave the middle area of the lobby clear for passage.

  • Throw all trash, food etc, out before leaving the lobby area.

Statements will be emailed to you one week before they are due. We must have a valid email address on file for correspondence from PCD. We accept Master Card, Visa, checks or cash. You are welcome to place a credit or debit card on file for automatic payments, which will be automatically deducted on the due dates. If you choose this option your statement will be sent to you as a courtesy to remind you that your account will be charged. There will be a $25.00 late fee for payments not received after two weeks from the due date. Costumes will be distributed the last week of April if all of your tuitions and fees are paid and will not be issued if all of your payments have not been received.

No refunds will be given if you are dropping a class. You must inform us in writing before the next session payment is due if you wish to drop otherwise you will be charged for the next session. Please inform the school in writing before the payment is due if dropping. We will continue to charge your account and the student will continue to be enrolled in the class until we have written (email is acceptable) notice on file in our office.

Be certain to alert the studio if there is to be an extended series of absences.

If you choose not to participate in the recital, please inform the office by October 1, 2018. If you do not inform us by October 1, 2018, you will be charged for the costume deposit and balance.

Students are expected to be on time for class and promptly picked up afterwards. While waiting to be picked up after class, students should remain in the school lobby. Do not wait outside. If you are unexpectedly detained for more than a few minutes, please call the office to alert us of this situation. If a younger student (3-6) is to be picked up by other than a parent or guardian, please let the office know and we will make a note in your file. Teachers of the youngest students will take students to and from class from the lobby. If you are late, they will inform the office and the office will call you.
